How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 
RETURN POLICY
Purchasing vintage clothing and items so shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final.

48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.

If an agreement is reached for the order to be returned for exchange/store credit, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication.

Returns based on wrong fit or color variance will not be considered. We carefully measure our items and you are welcome to ask for additional measurements or further notes on fit prior to a purchase.

BUYING VINTAGE
We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability and multiple photos are provided with each listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore these items have been previously worn, used, and loved and will show some signs of wear. All items are sold AS-IS. When purchasing from us you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of AbbeyFox (ie Paypal/credit card fees).
USING YOUR STORE CREDIT
Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 6 months of issue.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
